The group commenced activities in 1968 by Dimitri Zenios as an architect and building contractor and since then it has grown to the following:

Architectural Services

Dimitri Zenios is registered with the South African Council of Architects as a Professional Architect. Designed all plot and plans as well as all the townhouses, industrial and commercial buildings built by the Group or for third Parties.
